•Koperasi was approved by SKM 7th February 2014 by
the government under coperative act
1993 subsection 7(1)
•1. Its an indian based koperasi for those working and staying in Kuala
Lumpur and Putrajaya
•2. Its to improve the economy status the
members collectively by doing business and sharing partial of the profit as dividen.
•3. Koperasi is governed by the government body(Suruhanjaya Koperasi
Malaysia) which is under the Coperative Act 1993.
•4. There must be internal and external
audit every year and audited account need to be send to SKM (Government).
•5. Management audit also will be done.
•6. Members will enjoy member benefits.
•7. The welfare of each members will be
taken care of within the means of koperasi.
•8. Members will also be able to invest if
there are business with ROI.
•9. If profit of the business allows than
micro credits will be available.
•10. All share bought will be the
responsibility of the koperasi.
•11. Koperasi board of directors can be changed by the
AGM.
•12. Every AGM will be the platform for
suggestions of new ideas.
•13. Members can sent proposals of
business to be reviewed by the Board of Directors, successful proposal will be
funded fully or partially by the koperasi yet the intelectual property will remain to the proposer and
will reap the benefits as per each agreement signed.
•14. Fund (Tabung) will be created to facilitate the
members welfare.
